How to Use this Plugin

Using this plugin is a two step process: simply download and active it! Please note: if you are downloading the plugin from this website rather than the WordPress plugin directory then you will need to upload it to your site (makes it a three step process).

Step 1: Download WP-No-Tag-Base

Step 2: Activate the Plugin

Once you have the WP-no-tag-plugin uploaded to your WordPress install’s plugin directory then you need to activate it for it to work its magic. To do this go to Click on Plugins in your WordPress admin dashboard and activate it as seen in the picture below:

    Very useful, my friend the contribute, but in my blog the following error gives me:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare no_tag_base_refresh_rules() (previously declared in /homepages/15/d316164362/htdocs/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-no-tag-base/no-tag-base.php:34) in /homepages/15/d316164362/htdocs/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-no-tag-base/no-tag-base.php on line 36

    Perhaps someone know as to solve it?.

    zee here.
    i just came across a bug while using your plugin.
    i had a post written a while back. i updated it with new tags. now when i goto these new tags they return 404 !

    okay.. disabling and re enabling the plugin solves this.. just out of curiosity i set the post name and tag name same. it returns 404 again n this time disabling and enabling did not solve it

    Yes I came across this too the other day and just haven’t gotten down to fixing it yet. I’ll be looking more in depth asap and expect an update. I believe if you’re post name is as same as the tag name is does indeed cause a conflict but in most cases this won’t be a problem.

    Hi.

    Im unable to use the plugin. Everytime I activate it I receive this message:

    “Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_tag_parents() in /var/www/vhosts/nbamaniacs.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/no-tag-base.php on line 72″

    What can I do?

    LOVE the idea of this plugin – great work on it! however, currently, the drain on memory is just too much. even if i bump my allocation to activate the plugin, it still causes my site to crash on almost every new post added — and i’ve gone from 64M to 96 to 128, etc. No change. I’ll keep everything bookmarked here for the future, because i’d love to finally get this feature set up and running on my site, but it looks like i’ll have to wait for now.

    Installed your plugin and it works great.  Is there any support for multiple tags?  Without your plugin activated I can go to mysite.com/tag/firsttag+secondtag and get all posts with both firsttag AND secondtag.  If I go to mysite.com/tag/firsttag,secondtag it returns all posts with firsttag OR secondtag.  When I activate your plugin, it works for a single tag, but not for multiple tags with the plus sign or comma.  Thanks!

    Not Found
    The requested URL /מידע-מהמבשר was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache Server at http://www.mimet.co.il Port 80
